Who is your wedding planner!

This is probably a blog very different from the rest since it is a personal and spontaneous reflection about what I do and how I see myself,

This all came about because one of my clients said to me, Angie can you tell me exactly what your duties would be on our wedding day. A job description? I thought...actually it did give me an amazing dig in the ribs and that started me thinking.

After many years in this sector to me it was all so obvious and taken for granted what my role was  in the organisation of your wedding, and so to me it was well if you hire a wedding planner you know what she should be doing, right? More so I had really never stopped to actually define my professional figure in terms of whom could I paragonise myseld to? 

Here is what jumped to mind almost immediately and I thought...Yes this definitely describes infintely how I see myself and what I do.  I am the Director of your Orchestra.

Living in the beautiful city of Verona of course the first thought that came to mind was the Opera and the opening night of each season which here is known as "The prima dell'Arena" but really all the Opera evenings are unique and therefore you do not get a second chance to get it right! That is my personal motto when you entrust me with the organisation of your wedding, it is like the "Prima of the Arena" every time for me!

Being an independant wedding planner enables me to work both with vendors that the couple source as well as integrating with my own trusted suppliers. Whichever way I am always responsible for the total coordination of your wedding day making sure that every single vendor interacts seamlessly with the others so that the result is one harnonious melody with no discordance...

Me and my fiancé decided to organize a wedding in Verona just 2 months before the expected date. We thought it would either be very expensive or completely impossible. Anyway we rented a wonderful house and we were advised by this agency to organize our wedding. Angie and Carla helped us think through every detail, found exquisite catering, a talented florist and ordered the cake we dreamed of. I contacted Wed in Verona in May 2023, asking them to help organize a last minute elopement to Verona. Within 2 months we had the most amazing symbolic ceremony organized and executed with very little stress.
We were married in a very romantic country wine relais. My flowers and cake were exactly as I wanted and the ceremony was intimate and relaxed. We have hundreds of amazing photo's to remember the day.
Angie was fantastic in her level of communications and managed to pull together all the required services in record time. We are so happy with our decision to use Wed in Verona to help us plan and execute our wedding. I would recommend them to anyone.

We organised a wedding close to Verona from Germany, a couple of weeks before the wedding we noticed some difficulties with organising decoration, flowers, speaker etc. so we tried our luck with asking Angie from Wedinverona and what should we say, it was perfect she organised everything in time, we even had a live Video Call Session from the florist to choose the flowers.
