Creation of the Project: each wedding is a unique moment that we start creating together from our first meeting onwards. We advise You regarding of all aspects that need to be taken into consideration and coordinated for the event.
Selection of Suppliers/Service Providers: through a continuous dialogue, we select a range of suppliers and service providers that best fit Your Special Day and we advise in your final choice so that you gradually see your day coming together exactly as you wished.
Assistance: once Your project is finalised, we accompany You to meet the suppliers and service providers so that You can directly convey Your ideas to them. We help You in the process of formulating Your ideas and discussing them with the suppliers and service providers.
Presence on the Day and Problem Solving: to ensure you can fully enjoy Your moment, we guarantee our presence throughout the whole day.

Putting our experience to use we find the perfect location for your event, file any permits that may be required, provide Audio/Visual support and interpreters, if necessary. Translation service (for brochures and pamphlets), interpreters during B2B meetings, simultaneous translation, consecutive translation and chuchotage in various languages. We provide Catering at your company for in-house events.
We can also take care of accommodation for your speakers and guests whilst giving you the option of organising their free moments doing eno-gastronomic or cultural tours in the city.
